We started because the report always arrived after the decision.

Two of us were operations managers who kept hiring consultants and kept getting a document six weeks after the moment it would have been useful. In 2016 we decided to try it the other way around: be on site first, write later.

We are 34 people in Rotterdam and Chicago. We have finished 61 engagements and nine out of ten clients have hired us a second time. The median annual benefit, checked in the client’s own accounts rather than ours, is 4.1 million euro.
