Two weeks of looking

Operations and supply chain

We work on the factory floor, not in the boardroom.

Plinth is a business consulting firm of 34 people who fix delivery times, stock levels and margin for manufacturers and distributors between 50 and 500 million euro. Two weeks of looking before anyone says the word strategy.

How we charge

The fee is on the website, before you call.

Two weeks of looking has a price. So does a full engagement, and so does the month after it, when we are on the floor making sure the change held. No proposal theatre, no rate card you have to ask for.

Three numbers, and nothing hidden under them.

Prices in euro, excluding VAT. Travel at cost with receipts and no handling fee. We do not charge for proposals or for the first conversation.

What people ask before the first meeting.

01

Do you work remotely?

02

What size company is this for?

03

Will you sign our NDA?

04

Who actually does the work?

05

What if the diagnosis says do nothing?

06

Can we stop halfway?

Two weeks of looking. Fixed price. You keep the diagnosis either way.

Send three lines about the operation and the number that worries you. One of the two people who would do the work replies within a working day.
